If you are fortunate to work with Raul Torres and his team, you can rest assured that will be kept informed of all documents you need to supply and Β kept updated of the progress throughout the process all the way till closing. Β Completing a sale from from out of state can presents it's own challenges. The team was proactive in communication and obtaining required documents. Set up of mobile notary ahead of closing allowed an early closing as well. I have done transactions in 4 states now only one other title company came close to Supreme Title's service. I would be happy to use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone else without hesitation.

Supreme Title closed our loan with speed and accuracy. Laurie was especially on the ball with keeping all the details straight. Just an example...Laurie noticed on my property tax that the taxes were a lot higher than I reported. I had no idea. She sent me an email letting me know and recommended I go to the county tax office. I did and it turns out when we transferred our house to a trust the tax authorities forgot to include some special exemptions we had. The tax folks were able to quickly fix the problem. Amazing catch by Laurie. Trust me on this...you'll be extremely pleased with Supreme Title Closings. I know we were and intend to use them again for any real estate transactions.

These folks waded through changing buyers, financing companies, etc as we had two contracts cancelled due to unmet contingencies until the 3rd finally closed on the same property.
