In June of 2013, Supreme Title opened our 2nd location while making sure to build a staff that reflected our Supreme Title values. Our experienced title agents and staff are always committed to excellent customer service. The Suntree Team is no different – they are ready to serve you!
We work as a team to make the real estate closing professional and straightforward for our realtors. With our ideals of Accountability, Affordability and Accessibility in mind, we expanded our office space to cover our clients no matter where in Brevard the property may be. Supreme Title is now able to accommodate our growing clientele, with our new address located in the beautiful Suntree area of Melbourne.

Traci Geach
Owner | Manager | BrevardTraci Geach, although raised and educated in the mid-west, relocated to the Melbourne area in 2002 and enjoys not only the weather, but the pace of Brevard County. With a 20 year background in US and International Banking, a BA in Finance, and her realtor license in tow – Traci brings a fresh approach to the title industry – FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER. Her background in banking transaction services – operations, product management, customer service, client integration and sales/account management are invaluable assets to the title services provided by Supreme Title Closings, LLC.

Tracey Kandell
Relationship Manager | BrevardTracey Kandell is originally from New York, but was raised in Orlando. She brings her in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and tremendous people skills to our team. Tracey spends most of her time in her car, or as she says “her second office”. She loves working with her Supreme Team and building relationships with her realtors. On her off time she enjoys swimming, playing with her pet bearded dragon Luigi, reading, shopping for vintage everything, and taking road trips.

Bridgett Sutphin
Title Agent | BrevardBridgett joined our office almost at the very beginning, in July of 2009. She brought with her over 20 years of title experience as a state-licensed title agent, an escrow account manager, and a legal secretary. Bridgett can multi-task and is very patient when a stressful situation arises. Bridgett is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Florida in 1982 leaving behind the cold, winter weather! On her time off, Bridgett enjoys cruising, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Raul Torres
Closer | "Habla Español" | BrevardRaised in a military household and has called Brevard County home since 1994. Passionate about all things real estate so it was a natural fit to want to join the industry in 2006. He is a tranquil person by nature who believes in doing all things with integrity. When Raul is not working hard to get you to the closing table, he is changing our water, fixing our phones, computers, and printers, and pulling pranks.

Laurie Druckenmiller
Senior Closer | BrevardLaurie joined Supreme Title in 2015. She began her career on the mortgage side for 17 years, and has worked in the title industry as a closer for over 21 years. Laurie is originally from Elmsford, New York but has called Melbourne home for over 4 decades. On her off time, Laurie loves spending time with her 3 daughters and adorable pooch, listening to music, and cooking. Laurie is also a big Florida State Fan!

Morgan Shepard
Jr. Closer | Sr. Processor | BrevardMorgan was born and raised here in Melbourne, Florida! She has an affinity for working in the “home” industry. Before starting with title processing in 2020, she worked with quartz/granite, helping people design their bathrooms and kitchens. Morgan has and 8-year-old named Kinsley, and a fiancé named Matt. She may not like long walks on the beach, but she does love long walks down every isle at Target. DIY home projects are her favorite pastime but finishing them before starting another one is the hard part!

Brenda Parrish
Processor | BrevardA newbie to our industry Brenda Parrish has brought her great personality and strong administrative skills. Brenda was born and raised in beautiful Wisconsin where she obtained her B.S. in Physical & Health Education. After graduating Brenda decided to head South to Macon Georgia. This is where Brenda met and married her husband Jim. They have called Florida home since 2013, they have 1 beautiful daughter named Riley that keeps them busy. When Brenda’s not working she spends her time: with family, Coaching Volleyball, and enjoying the beach.
