The first and main branch of Supreme Title opened in October of 2008. In the beginning, our small family of title agents learned through a deflating market how to deliver a stellar level of customer service. We established a quality work environment rooted in solid teamwork ethics. The founders, Traci and Tracey, built the business with the principles of Accountability, Affordability and Accessibility that still drives us today. Our owners come from a strong background in real estate, banking, sales and customer service; as we worked with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and mortgage brokers it became clear that we needed to set ourselves apart from other title companies as a true customer-driven vehicle. After over a decade, customer service is STILL Supreme Title’s driving goal.
Ultimately, our dedicated team feels more like a family than coworkers. Every title agent brings their strong customer service focus to each person who walks through the door! We will always consider ourselves a boutique title company; client-focused, always making sure we promptly answer phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues alike.

Traci Geach
Owner | Manager | BrevardTraci Geach, although raised and educated in the mid-west, relocated to the Melbourne area in 2002 and enjoys not only the weather, but the pace of Brevard County. With a 20 year background in US and International Banking, a BA in Finance, and her realtor license in tow – Traci brings a fresh approach to the title industry – FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER. Her background in banking transaction services – operations, product management, customer service, client integration and sales/account management are invaluable assets to the title services provided by Supreme Title Closings, LLC.

Tracey Kandell
Relationship Manager | BrevardTracey Kandell is originally from New York, but was raised in Orlando. She brings her in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and tremendous people skills to our team. Tracey spends most of her time in her car, or as she says “her second office”. She loves working with her Supreme Team and building relationships with her realtors. On her off time she enjoys swimming, playing with her pet bearded dragon Luigi, reading, shopping for vintage everything, and taking road trips.

Rose Segal
Marketing Coordinator | BrevardRose Segal is a native Floridian, originally from the hustle and bustle of Ft. Lauderdale. She has lived in Brevard since 2018, but is not new to real estate! She comes from a family of realtors and brokers, so Rose fit right into our Supreme family. Rose always says “I can’t sell something I don’t believe in”, and she truly believes in the mission of Supreme Title. Rose loves animals of all kinds (especially her black lab and her sweet kitties) and really enjoys cooking!

Bridgett Sutphin
Title Agent | BrevardBridgett joined our office almost at the very beginning, in July of 2009. She brought with her over 20 years of title experience as a state-licensed title agent, an escrow account manager, and a legal secretary. Bridgett can multi-task and is very patient when a stressful situation arises. Bridgett is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Florida in 1982 leaving behind the cold, winter weather! On her time off, Bridgett enjoys cruising, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Cyndy Little
Title Agent | BrevardCyndy Little hails from Atlanta, Georgia but was raised in South Brevard County. She has an extensive title career spanning 4 decades. She started her career working with her mother who was a real estate broker. Cyndy met her mentor, Jackson Vaughn – a real estate attorney working with her Mom. Cyndy accepted a job as a paralegal with the Law Office of W.J. Vaughn and has been working in the title industry ever since. Cyndy is a licensed Title Agent but is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and has had her real estate license since 1982. When Cyndy isn’t hard at work she loves to play piano, work in the yard, enjoy a weekend of “glamping” and listen to her favorite tunes. She is also an animal lover: 1 Chihuahua named Peewee, and two parrots named Cookie and Georgie. She is also the proud mother of 3 beautiful daughters and 8 Grandchildren, who she calls her “Angels”. We hope you have the opportunity to work with this amazing title veteran.

Edie Smith
Title Agent | BrevardEdie is originally from New York, but moved to Florida at a young age and grew up in Vero Beach. She joined the title industry in 2001, working her way through the ranks in every facet of a title company. In 2009, she obtained her license as a Title Agent, and continues to provide a high standard of quality and service to our clients. She loves to spend time outside enjoying the Florida weather, the beach is her happy place. She also likes to travel with Family and Friends.

Balinda Parker
Jr Closer | ProcessorBalinda Parker is an experienced closer who came into this business after several years in the medical field. She absolutely loves building strong relationships with her clients and seamlessly helping them through the closing. Along her 8-year journey in the title industry Balinda has proven to be calm and focused in all aspects of the closing process. She also aspires to obtain her Title Agent license. Balinda enjoys spending time with family, traveling, attending sporting events and shopping at consignment stores.

Raul Torres
Closer | "Habla Español" | BrevardRaised in a military household and has called Brevard County home since 1994. Passionate about all things real estate so it was a natural fit to want to join the industry in 2006. He is a tranquil person by nature who believes in doing all things with integrity. When Raul is not working hard to get you to the closing table, he is changing our water, fixing our phones, computers, and printers, and pulling pranks.

Camera Bivens
Marketing Assistant | BrevardCamera has called Brevard County home for 27 years! She previously worked in the Child Care industry and finally found her niche in accounting at Ron Jon Surf Shop. Camera was thrilled to join the Supreme Team and hasn’t looked back! She began in the accounting department and quickly moved to being a Title Assistant – Camera is working toward becoming a Licensed Title Agent, studying under the wing of Cyndy Little. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and drive to learn has made her a wonderful addition to the Little Team. Camera loves to sing to AND with her daughter Vivianne, paint landscapes, and walk nature trails.

Betty Tubens
Processor | BrevardBetty Tubens, was born in Lima, Peru, South America but was raised in Williamston, South Carolina She attended Clemson University (Go Tigers)! Betty moved to South Florida in the early 90’s and worked in the field of real estate for over two decades. Though Betty and her husband enjoyed living down south, they yearned for a more family-friendly environment to raise their two daughters. That lead the family to Brevard County in 2005, and she has never looked back. Betty joined the Supreme Team in October 2017, enjoying a brand new career as a title processor, filled with new challenges. Being with Supreme Title has encouraged her to learn and has given her a passion for her work. She is beyond proud of her daughters: Kaydee is studying Animal Behavior and Erika is pursuing her Master’s in anthropology. She’s an empty-nester, but still has the love of her third daughter: her Golden Retriever, Bella!

Christine Brown
Bookkeeper | BrevardChristine is one of our newest team members to join our family. She is originally from South Florida and relocated to Palm Bay in 2010 when she purchased her first home, to give her daughter a better education. Christine has several years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting and also holds an associate’s degree from Eastern Florida State College in Office Administration. She enjoys spending time with her close-knit large family and her friends. She is very excited to join the Supreme Family and work with such wonderful people!
